When you come to ray's we begin by thoughtfully considering your tastes and those of your guests. Then, we create a proposal to showcase how we have implemented those tastes into a tangible design. Often, a tasting follows, which is your opportunity to sample our sushi and food, experience our style, feel the warmth of our hospitality, and test our knowledge of event logistics. Finally, we move into floor plans, decor, and event management as we get down to the details.
Our classically trained chefs start with the fundamentals of traditional cooking to create one-of-a-kind dishes inspired by the cuisines and customs of Japan, Asia, and the United States. Our chefs constantly keep up with the latest culinary trends by offering visionary twists on traditional and world cuisines.
